Shearing Day & Herb Sale

Take a step on the wooly side and join us Saturday, April 24th for a day of virtual demonstrations starting at 11am for Greenbank Mills & Philips Farm’s 16th annual Shearing Day & Herb Sale gone virtual!

Witness living history with the shearing of our heritage sheep! Learn colonial skills as we demonstrate hand processing from sheep to shawl, including natural dyeing and spinning.

Every year we also have a wonderful selection of Amish-grown herbs available for purchase, so come get a head start on your garden with us! Due to the pandemic, we will only be selling herbs through pre-order, with pick up on April 24th.

Due to the pandemic, we will only be selling herbs through pre-order, with pick-up on April 24th from 10am – 2pm.


All orders must be paid for in advance. Order online, or mail your order with a check payable to Greenbank Mill Associates.


All plants are subject to availability at the time of shipment. Should a shortage arise, Greenbank Mill will refund your purchase price at pickup.


All orders MUST be picked up on April 24th. If necessary, due to the number of orders, you may be contacted to arrange a specific pickup time on April 24th to allow for social distancing.
