About The Event
Discover why there is so much hype about the beauty and benefits of native plants. Learn how native plants keep the birds happy, and the Monarch butterflies coming back every summer. Explore how you can help too, with a yard, a raised bed, or a container. Study and identify plants and trees that you see every day, from edible fruits to aromatic flowers, from the Spring forest to the Fall meadow.
Program presented by Max Holdsworth, volunteer gardener at Greenbank Mills & Philips Farm
Tickets for this course are $20. A portion of this class will take place outdoors, so please dress accordingly.
