Greenbank Historic District Walking Tour

History is all around you. Join us for our 60 minute walking tours as local historians Tommy Gears and Raymond Harrington as they take you on an exploration of local history in the Greenbank Historic District. Learn about the quarry down the road, the only female prison guards in the nation during World War II, and so much more.

Our walking tours begin at 7pm and last roughly one hour.

Each tour is limited to 10 people. Reservation is strongly recommended.

Tour involves walking on uneven ground. Please wear appropriate footwear and dress for the weather.

Tour is free of charge, though donations are greatly appreciated.

Please bring drinking water and a mask*.

* Per CDC Guidelines, we require all visitors aged 5 and up to wear a mask when unable to socially distance from people outside their party, unless fully vaccinated.
