About The Event
Gather around the bonfire with us, and be transported back in time through stories of local folklore and history by our gifted storytellers. Each community, each state, are threads in the fabric that make up the history and legacy of our great nation; each Friday a different storyteller will illuminate a thread of our past around the bonfire, bringing the past to life with stories of folklore and history.
For our 1st Friday this year, join local historian Antoinette Maccari-Klingsberg as she weaves folklore and tales from the Underground Railroad and the journey to freedom and equality.
Admission to this program is free. Historic-period libations matching the evening's theme (including some kid-friendly options) will be available for purchase.
