Annual Member's Meeting

Did you know that Greenbank is completely governed by its membership?

Members  vote at the Annual Meeting to approve the Board of Directors for the  coming 12 months, and influence other decisions made for the coming  year. Members of our board of directors are not compensated, and must  have an active membership to maintain their role.

Your presence  is important! Please save the date for our 2022 Annual Members Meeting,  and keep an eye on your email for additional information, including how  to vote by proxy should you be unable to attend.

Light refreshments, including wine and beer, as well as dessert will be provided.
