2024 Annual Member's Meeting

Did you know that Greenbank is completely governed by its membership?

Members vote at the Annual Meeting to approve the Board of Directors for the coming 12 months and influence other decisions made for the coming year. Our board of directors members are not compensated and must have an active membership to maintain their role.

Your presence is important! Please save the date for our 2024 Annual Members Meeting,  and keep an eye on your email for additional information, including how to vote by proxy should you be unable to attend.  We will also have a virtual option for those who cannot attend in person.
